Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and can no longer be changed. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

What materials do you use?

All SkandiKat products are crafted from premium, sustainably sourced materials — primarily European Oak, Walnut, Rattan, Birch Plywood, and natural textiles. Each product page specifies the exact materials used.

Are your products safe for cats?

Absolutely. All materials and finishes used in SkandiKat products are non-toxic and cat-safe. We work with certified European manufacturers who adhere to strict quality and safety standards.

Do you offer custom sizes or colours?

We do not offer customisation at this time. Our current range is available in the colours and sizes shown on each product page.
