Processing Time

All SkandiKat orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
Express delivery: 2–3 business days

United Kingdom

Standard delivery: 6–10 business days
Express delivery: 3–5 business days

United States & Canada

Standard delivery: 10–14 business days
Express delivery: 5–7 business days

Rest of the World

Standard delivery: 14–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service level.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over €150 within the European Union.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.

SkandiKat is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
