Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to love your SkandiKat piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
— The item must be unused and in its original condition.
— It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
— Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email us at returns@skandikat.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days.
Step 2 — Ship the Item
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and any necessary instructions. Please package the item securely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Step 3 — Refund or Exchange
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour variant, subject to stock availability. Please mention your preference when initiating your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalised items, as well as items marked as final sale at the time of purchase, cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
